I design instruction based on learning theories best applicable to the need and with the incorporation of technology. Working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, I have performed research analyses, developed goals, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies as well as planned activities for small and large groups of learners in a variety of educational situations.

The fast-paced environment and demanding physician schedules create a unique need that is proactively addressed with the creation of template options, which are then customized for subject matter as learning needs arise. Sample Ideas includes design and development time reports to better inform project management planning and resource allocation.
